Common Questions
How many guests will be onboard?
BELONG SUNSET is intentionally limited to a maximum of 14 guests, creating an intimate and personal experience on the Pacific.
When and where do we meet?
We meet at 4:30 PM at Flamenco Island, Amador, Panama City. Departure is at 5:00 PM and we return at approximately 9:00 PM.
What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes the four-hour sunset sailing experience, BELONG Welcome Cocktail, curated tapas, selected wines and beers, soft drinks and water, music onboard, professional crew and passenger insurance.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
The captain always makes the final decision whether sailing conditions are safe. If the event cannot take place, an alternative date will be offered
What if I need to cancel?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person or receive a credit toward another BELONG event in collaboration with Ocean Phoenix.
Absolutely. Many of the best connections begin by simply showing up. Come solo, as a couple or with friends — BELONG is designed to make meeting people feel natural.
Can I come alone?
Is there a minimum age?
Guests aged 16 and over are welcome. Younger guests may be accepted by prior arrangement. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 18 and over.
Non-alcoholic alternatives are available.
What if this date doesn’t work for me or the experience is sold out?
More BELONG experiences are coming. If this date doesn’t work for you or is already sold out, simply get in touch. We’ll be happy to help You find another date or upcoming BELONG experience.
Looking for something just for you and your group? Private experiences and full-yacht bookings are also available on request, depending on availability.
Can I bring my dog?
Maybe! 🐾 We love four-legged companions, but not every BELONG experience is suitable for them. Please contact us in advance and we'll be happy to check what's possible.
